Drafted by the Cougars in the first round, 11th overall in the 2009 CHL Import Draft...Played his first Western Hockey League game for the Cougars on September 18, 2009 against the Spokane Chiefs...Recorded his first WHL point with an assist against the Lethbridge Hurricanes on October 3, 2009...Jaroslav scored his first WHL goal, a game winner, vs. the Kootenay Ice on December 4, 2009...On January 30, 2010, Jaroslav had his first two goal game in the WHL against the Vancouver Giants in Langley...Last season, played for the Liberec Midget and Junior Tigers in the Czech Republic, scoring 19 goals and 31 assists in 37 games between the two programs...Played for the Under-17 Czech National team, getting a goal and five assists in nine games and also played in the 2009 Memorial of Ivan Hlinka Tournament in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
