Season Ticket Holder FAQ
How can I purchase my season tickets?
You can purchase your season tickets by visiting the Ticketmaster office located in CN Centre or by calling Ticketmaster’s Charge-By-Phone line at 250-564-5585.
I work shift work or out of town and am unable to attend all 36 games. What are my options?
We offer half-season tickets for those who are unable to attend all 36 games. The half-season ticket allows you to choose which 18 games you want to attend when you purchase your tickets; this way your seat is guaranteed for those 18 games and you have the option of purchasing a playoff package for your seat. Adult half-season tickets are $279, student/senior half-season tickets are $171 and children's half-season tickets are $121.50. These prices do not include applicable taxes. We also offer tickets in Adult 6-Packs and Adult 12-Packs. You choose any 6 or 12 games and receive a discount over single ticket prices. Please note that Ticketmaster cannot guarantee your seats for 6 or 12-Packs of tickets. Adult 6-packs are available for $99, plus HST. Adult 12-packs are available for $192, plus HST.
Yes. You will need to visit the Ticketmaster Box Office where they will check your photo ID to verify that you are the season ticket holder listed on the account. For a $2 charge per ticket, Ticketmaster will re-issue your same seat for that night’s game.
Simply take your unused past game season tickets to Ticketmaster in CN Centre on any Tuesday or Wednesday game and redeem them for an equal number of tickets to that night's game. Note that a $2 charge will be applied to all exchanged season tickets.
CN Centre presales are limited to specific events depending on marketing targets and promoter discretion. Presale events are not offered via phone or internet; season ticket holders must visit Ticketmaster’s location in CN Centre to participate in presale offers. No. Since concerts are not under our control we cannot promise your seats for those events. Also, since the set-up for each concert is different, there is no guarantee your section will be available. The exact seat offering will vary for each event.
Yes. Season ticket holders have first right of refusal on seats for the WHL playoffs. Playoff invoices are mailed to season ticket holders prior to the Playoffs. Please contact Ticketmaster at 250-564-5585 for more information.
