I’d like to purchase single game tickets. When is Ticketmaster at CN Centre open? Ticketmaster at CN Centre is open Monday-Friday from 10am-5:30pm, Saturdays from 9:30am-1pm and is closed on Sundays, except game days. When a game day falls on a Monday-Saturday, Ticketmaster is open from 10am until the end of the second intermission. When a game day falls on a Sunday, Ticketmaster is open at 12pm or 2 hours before the game, whichever comes first. Single game Cougars tickets are also available at Studio 2880, online at www.ticketmaster.ca, or by phoning Cougars Charge-By-Phone at 250-564-5585.
I need to pick up tickets at Will Call. When can I do that and where is it located? The Will Call window (part of Ticketmaster) is open during Ticketmaster hours as outlined above. It is located just inside the front doors of CN Centre.
The students at my child’s school received free tickets for a specific game. I would like to sit near my child. Can this be arranged? Simply bring the ticket to Ticketmaster and let them know that you would like to sit near your child. We leave room for extra tickets to be purchased by parents in the same section when we distribute tickets to schools. Although you may not be seated directly next to you child, Ticketmaster will do their best to accommodate you.
If you would like to exchange the ticket for a different location so that you can be seated directly next to your child, a $2 fee will be applied.
My child received a free ticket at their school. Can I exchange it for an adult ticket? No. Tickets distributed to classes and schools are donated through various programs; some are earned through Breakaway for Books and others through the Adopt-a-School program. Our sponsors purchase these tickets to reward children. They are not intended to be used by parents.
What age does a child require a ticket? Children aged 2 and older require a ticket to gain admission. Children younger than 2 do not require their own ticket as long as they sit on a parents' lap.

Our group ticket form makes it easier for you to keep track of your tickets and is available to download under the Tickets tab on www.pgcougars.com.
