Lending an Assist to the Community of Prince George
The Prince George Cougars Hockey Club is proud of the commitment our players and staff have made to be active members within Prince George’s various community initiatives and charity programs.
Cougar players attend several Prince George schools each season discussing the importance of balancing both sports and school, and the benefits of leading a positive, healthy life. Furthermore, the Cougars participate in several additional programs including visits to various business sectors within Prince George, non-for-profit organizations, Minor Hockey sessions and community functions.
In addition to these initiatives, the Prince George Cougars Hockey club donates tickets and memorabilia to over 100 community events per month. We recognize the importance of the support the community of Prince George has given our team and are determined to show our appreciation.
We have now concluded our player appearances for the 2008/2009 season. Please contact Amy Erickson at 250-561-0783 or at amye@mag-net.com to put in a request for the upcoming season. Donation requests can be sent, in writing, to amye@mag-net.com or dropped off at the Cougars office.
