Wishart To Attend U-18 Development Camp by PG Cougars

The Prince George Cougars are proud to announce that left defenseman Ty Wishart has been selected to attend Canada’s National Under 18 Development Camp from July 30-August 5 in Kitchener, ON.

Wishart, a 6’5”, 189 lbs product of Comox, BC, skated in 58 games with the Cougars last season, registering 1 goal, 7 assists, and 41 PIM’s.

Canada will participate in two major international Under-18 events in 2005-2006 – one in August and another in April. Canada has participated in an August Under-18 Tournament in Europe since 1997, capturing gold at seven of the eight events, and winning gold last year.
