Cougars 50-50 Society Scholarships by PG Cougars

The Prince George Cougars are once again offering two $1000 Academic/Athletic Scholarships to graduating Northern British Columbia High School students through their 50/50 Society.

Students from School Districts 27, 28, 57, and 91 who are attending a post secondary institution in the fall are eligible to apply for the scholarships. The scholarships will be awarded to two students who have demonstrated excellence in both academics and athletics.

Applications can be picked up at the Cougars office, or can be downloaded online at www.pgcougars.com, under their Community 50/50 section. Applications must be submitted no later than Friday March 31 at 4:30pm.

“We are extremely proud to offer these scholarships to students in Northern BC. We are strong supporters of education in our community, and are honored to be able to assist in helping students attend post secondary school,” states Cougars Business Manager Brandi Brodsky.
