Cougars Hear NHL Call by PG Cougars

The Prince George Cougars are proud to announce that defenseman Ty Wishart was selected 16th overall in the 1st Round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the San Jose Sharks.  The Sharks traded 2 draft picks, allowing them to move up 4 spots in the draft to select Wishart 16th overall.

Other Cougars selected in Saturday's Entry Draft were Jesse Dudas ( 6 RD- 159th to Columbus), Eric Hunter ( 6RD- 174 to NYR), and Evan Fuller ( 7 RD- 197 to VAN).
