Cougars Select Elliott 12th Overall With the 12th overall pick in the 2006 WHL Bantam Draft, the Prince George Cougars have selected right defenseman Stefan (“Steph-ANN”) Elliott of the North Shore Winter Club. Elliott, a product of North Vancouver, BC, stands 6’0”, and weighs in at 165 lbs. In 39 games with the North Shore Winter Club this season, Elliott registered 25 goals, 60 assists, and 36 PIM’s.
